You will be pampered throughout your stay by our five-member staff. Each day, at no extra cost, our laundress will return your clothes freshly washed and pressed within 24 hours. In addition, your rate includes a security guard who will be on duty from 6pm to 6am each day of your stay.
The villa can be rented to provide 5 bedrooms to accommodate 12 guests, 6 bedrooms for 14 guests, 7 bedrooms for 16 guests or 8 bedrooms for 18 guests. The rental rate will depend on the number of bedrooms required.
Your 21 passenger coach and driver will be at your service every day of your stay. You will be collected at the airport on your arrival and returned on your departure. One tank of gas is provided complimentary and you pay for any additional gas used.
Government tax of 10% and room tax are included in the rates.
Rates are shown in US dollars and are for 1 week. Minimum stay is 5 nights. ONLY for weddings events during the off-peak season, is there a 3-night minimum option.
Summer Rates are from April 16th to December 14th – Winter rates are from December 15th to April 15th.

The Rental Rates do not include tips. It is customary to tip your staff at the conclusion of your stay. An appropriate gratuity is 10-15% of the villa rental cost.
